Under the agreement, ESPRE Solutions will design and host ZCorum-branded video messaging and video conferencing solutions for the hundreds of independent operating companies ZCorum services.

ZCorum designs, integrates and implements broadband communications solutions for independent operating companies (IOCs), and also offers wholesale, private-label Internet services to more than 100 IOCs, including independent telcos, cable companies, utilities, and municipalities. This partnership allows ZCorum to offer ESPRE Solution's best-of-breed video communication solutions as an integrated offering.
